CCS, a.s.

In cooperation with our friends at Etnetera Activate, we provided a front end and backend solution for CCS a.s., which is built on our CMS and e-commerce platform Merlin CMS.

As part of this project, we have solved both standard and advanced features for the client.

Functionality first

First, we made a graphic design into HTML templates and then linked the site to MERLIN. Part of the processing is the ordering module, which is connected to other systems, such as the ARES trade registry, which is able to pre-fill the customer data in the order. The CSS also has access directly from the call center and its operators can fill the order directly with the customer. Order data is then linked to the SalesForce information system and Smart Emailing.
